Remark:-

Peak Season Minimum Stay:

• 2 nights minimum stay of peak season

Child Policy:-

• No charge on child under 11 years sharing with the parents in the same bed,. 6-11 year for the breakfast 150 baht.
• Baby cot free of charge

General Conditions:

• Check -out time 12:00 Hrs, Check-in time 14:00-22:00 Hrs
• Day use for late Check out before 15:00 hrs, is 30% charge of room rate
• Day use for late Check out before 18:00 hrs, is 50% charge of room rate

Reservation Deposit

• 50% of total cost and minimum 2 room night per room booking
• The balance will be automatic charge 2 weeks before check-in

Cancellations will result in a minimum 1 room night charge it keep for expense of reservation, bank fee and vat and other upon cancel policy

In the event that the cancellation charge is valued higher than the deposit payment, the hotel will charge the balance of the cancellation charge.

In the event that the deposit payment is valued higher than cancellation charge, the hotel will transfer leftover credit after expense ( 2.5%credit card fee+7% Gov Vat +1% Local Tax+300 THB for bank refundable fee ) back to used card account.
